The space

Give yourself a treat and stay in this beautiful home, that has kept its quaint original details like the inclined ceilings, the hardwood stairs and the old tiled rooftops.
Combined with modern finishes and furniture it has a fresh and inspiring look & cozy feel. Tastefully decorated with tropical design touches to go with the easy climate.

The new modern and totally equipped kitchen with isle & seats has an additional dining area. You will find a comfortable living room with adjacent outside patio/terrace for the easy in-is-out feel, also with comfortable couches and outside eating area.
Outside in the patio is an old fountain/bath, not just for beauty but also to use as a relaxing hot bath. Or a splash pool for your children to safely play.
Smart tv with Netflix and fast WiFi.

3 bedrooms: The first floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom. One large bedroom with a king size bed and a small bedroom with a queen size bed. The spectacular tropical feel bathroom has a step in shower, tub and double sink vanity.
Go up to the tower room and you will find another bedroom with a double bed. From there impressive views to the sea and the volcano.

You rent the whole house and have complete privacy.
The house sleeps up to 6 people + baby (cot present)
Our base price is for 2 people (+ baby) and a small extra for every extra person.

Other things to note
There is WiFi throughout the house, 2 smart tv’s, washing machine and dryer, airconditioning and heating and everything you would need for comfortable, permanent living.

Please bear in mind that La Orotava is a small city so there is traffic and sometimes the free parking spaces in front of the house are taken. Also, the streets can be steep and with cobblestones.

No smoking please, not inside and also not outside in the patio, since the smell of tobacco will stay a long time.

This house was restored with local professionals, using as much as possible existing and environmentally friendly materials, making this an eco friendly restoration.
